Xavier Becerra, Biden’s Nominee for Health and Human Services Dept, at Senate confirmation hearing

With the Democrats controlling the Senate, Becerra doesn’t need Republican votes to be confirmed. On Wednesday, Becerra will go before the Finance Committee, which will vote on whether to recommend he be confirmed. The full Senate could vote as early as next week.
