Suspect plans to sue ‘hero’ who stopped Starbucks armed robbery

Pamela Chimienti, the mother of the suspect, reportedly said her son plans to sue because the hero used EXCESSIVE FORCE, “The guy, in my opinion, went from a Good Samaritan to a vigilante,” she told local TV station. The Fresno police chief reportedly called the report of the lawsuit “ludicrous.”

Ryan Michael Florez’s robbery attempt was stopped by a heroic customer named Cregg Jerri, who, at 58, is nearly twice the suspect’s age.
