The RFK / HHS talk has dredged up an important point – trust in the public health regime is very low because of Covid and what turned out to be garbage mandates that hurt real people.

The current Secretary of HHS is Xavier Becerra, who has zero medical or scientific credentials. He was a Member of Congress who did nothing health care related during his time there and AG of California, where he also did nothing. He’s a lawyer. RFK Jr is also a lawyer.
RFK Jr. has no medical or scientific credentials and wants to gut the National Institutes of Health. And Marjorie Taylor Greene today cheered him on in our committee. This is outrageous and shameful.
