Yellen expects inflation to remain high. High price nothing to preview, buy EV no matter how high

On 6/7/2022, Joe Biden signed into law 9 bills aimed at improving care for veterans. Joe Biden was joined by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs in the East Room of the White House. Biden delivered remarks during the bill signing and invited the children in attendance to stay behind and talk to him, “Kids, thank you for being here, ok? Thank you very much. Maybe I can talk to you afterwards. Would you talk to me later?” Joe Biden said.

On 6/7/2022, US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen on Tuesday said the US faces “unacceptable levels of inflation.” Secretary Yellen made the remarks to senators during a hearing on Biden’s 2023 budget request before the Senate Finance Committee. Yellen claimed the government’s spending is not the cause of inflation. Joe Biden and the Democrats in Congress have spent more than $6 trillion in the last year and-a-half and they want to spend trillions more. Yellen ignored reporters after she testified in senate. “How can you be confident that government spending is not the cause of inflation? Did you ever warn the White House?” a reporter shouted at Yellen. Yellen ignored the reporters as her staffers ran interference.

“We’re seeing high inflation in almost all of the developed countries around the world. And they have very different fiscal policies,” Yellen said. “So it can’t be the case that the bulk of the inflation that we’re experiencing reflects the impact of the ARP.” “We currently face macroeconomic challenges, including unacceptable levels of inflation as well as the headwinds associated with the disruptions caused by the pandemic’s effect on supply chains, and the effects of supply side disturbances to oil and food markets resulting from Russia’s war in Ukraine,” she said. Yellen insisted addressing inflation is one of Biden’s top priorities. Yellen also conceded Joe Biden has no plan to lower gas prices.

Out-of-touch Democrat Michigan Senator Debbie Stabenow bragged that she passed “every single gas station” in her brand new electric vehicle and it didn’t matter “how high gas was.” “On the issue of gas prices, I drove my electric vehicle from Michigan to here last weekend and went by every gas station and it didn’t matter how high it was,” the Democrat said during a senate hearing. New electric vehicles cost more than $56,000. Democrat Stabenow to the peasants suffering because of Biden’s policies: Buy a new $56,000 car and shut up.
