House Republicans’ investigations have uncovered evidence showing Joe Biden repeatedly lied to the American people about his own knowledge and involvement with his son’s foreign business dealings. When Joe Biden was Vice President, he joined dozens of Hunter Biden’s business meetings by phone and in person. Detailed banking records show that the Biden family and their business associates received 20 million dollars in payments from foreign actors in places like Russia, China, Ukraine, and Romania, including payments during Joe Biden’s time as Vice President. More than 150 transactions involving the Biden family and other business associates were flagged as “suspicious activity” by U.S. banks. And a “highly credible” FBI source alleges that Joe Biden received five million dollars in exchange for pressuring for the firing of a Ukrainian prosecutor who was investigating the Ukrainian natural gas firm that Hunter Biden was on the board of, Burisma. These are allegations of abuse of power, obstruction, and corruption.”

Chairman Comer also spoke at the press conference and explained that there has been no explanation for the millions of dollars the Biden family has acquired since Joe served as Vice President. He says it’s just not clear what Joe Biden has done to earn that money.

On 9/12/2023, Freedom Caucus Chairman Scott Perry (R-PA) unloaded on a reporter who claimed Republicans’ impeachment inquiry of Joe Biden is “political revenge.”

A British reporter asked Rep. Perry “what actual evidence” Republicans have to show to the American public that would merit an impeachment inquiry of Joe Biden. The reporter accused Republicans of using impeachment to enact “political revenge.”

“This is not about political revenge! We have the actual bank accounts!” Perry said. “You can see that the homes that the Bidens own can’t be afforded on a congressional or Senate salary. You also understand that it’s not normal for family members to receive millions of dollars from overseas interests. Those things aren’t normal. That’s not normal to have 20 shell companies. These things are not normal and it alludes to not only just widespread corruption, but money laundering, if not influence peddling itself.”

Perry continued, “And we also have the Vice President at the time [Biden] on record saying that the prosecutor was fired – ‘well, son of a bitch! The prosecutor was fired!’ because the prosecutor was going after the company his son [Hunter] was working on. That’s what we have! If you can’t see that! If you are that blind!”

The reporter tried to push back and continued to shill for Joe Biden: “The people don’t see that. They think it’s political revenge!” Perry blasted her again, “Because you don’t report on it!”

On 9/12/2023, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer lashed out at Speaker McCarthy and accused him of spearheading a “witch hunt” for announcing an impeachment inquiry against Joe Biden. Speaker McCarthy on Tuesday announced he is directing House committees to open an impeachment inquiry against Joe Biden. McCarthy scrambled to make a bold move as Congressman Matt Gaetz threatened to remove him as House Speaker.

Schumer isn’t too happy now that the shoe is on the other foot. The New York Democrat was quick to convict Trump during Pelosi’s slap-dash impeachment of Trump but now he’s crying like a baby. “I think the impeachment inquiry is absurd. The American people want us to do something that will make their lives better, not go off on these chases and, uh, witch hunts,” Schumer said. “The bottom line is, as we have said, you can only accomplish keeping the government open in a bipartisan way,” Schumer added.
