Kennedy questions Milin on tax evasion claims in Budget
Sen. John Kennedy completely corners a “policy expert” who refuses to substantiate her claims that American corporations are “tax cheats.”

Sen. Kennedy: “Do you believe there are major American corporations, they are cheating on their taxes?”

Policy Director Milin: “I think Yes!!”

Sen. Kennedy: “Tell me who they are? Name the 5 American corporations, they are the biggest tax cheats.”

Milin: “This is the question for the IRS, it’s their job to enforce the law.”

Sen. Kennedy: “That’s a pretty serious allegation you made their. I’m just asking who they are. You made that allegation but you don’t want to say who they are?”
