Biden delivered remarks in the East Room to celebrate his administration. He also said again about being a professor at the University of Pennsylvania. Over the years Joe Biden has repeatedly claimed he was a professor at UPenn.

He said, “I had no desire to — I was a professor at the University of Pennsylvania. Things were going fine. To make a long story short, when I did, I decided there were three reasons to run. And I mean it.” Joe Biden was paid $1 million by UPenn but he never taught a single class. Biden was never a “professor” or teacher after serving as Vice President in 2017. Biden was paid to give a few speeches but he never taught a class.
