On 9/6/2024, President Trump and his attorneys held a press conference at Trump Tower after they appealed the verdict in the E. Jean Carroll defamation case.

Alina Habba: “You must vote Donald Trump back in because as an attorney, a woman, and a mother, the future of this country depends on it… The DOJ is supposed to help our country, not attack us because you cannot win in the polls.”

TRUMP: “The public understands it is a hoax, it’s a scam, it’s a political witch hunt and some of you should be ashamed of yourselves.”

Trump addresses the jobs report: “You had numbers that are SHOCKING. Native-born Americans, we lost 1.3 Million jobs, while foreign-born Americans were able to take all of those jobs. So, foreign is coming in, largely illegally — took the jobs of native-born Americans.”

TRUMP: “This is the weaponization of justice at a level that nobody’s ever seen before in this country… You see it in Third World countries… but you don’t see it in the United States of America… and I think I’m doing a great service by having gone through it.”

TRUMP: “I’m going into very hostile territory in a debate with ABC. George Slopodopoulos and that group. ABC is the worst of everybody. They are the nastiest. As bad as you can be.”
