Fox News reporter Jacqui Heinrich asked Karine Jean-Pierre: “Do you have a message for the migrants…who are saying that the border is open…We have heard you guys talking about trying to make it a more orderly process, but you are not telling people not to come.” Jean-Pierre changed the subject, “So, the Department of Homeland Security and Secretary Mayorkas has been very clear…so I will leave it to the Department of Homeland Security to speak to that,” Karine Jean-Pierre said. Instead of taking this as an opportunity to deliver a clear message to illegals trying to cross the border, Karine Jean-Pierre changed the subject.
