On 3/17/2022, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki dodged two questions about Hunter Biden’s laptop after the New York Times confirmed the “laptop from hell” is in fact real. In October 2020, The New York Post dropped an “October surprise” on Biden’s presidential campaign and released emails from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop. Two White House reporters confronted Psaki about Hunter Biden’s laptop and her previous claims it was ‘Russian disinformation.’

Psaki looked visibly irritated and refused to answer any questions. “The president previously said that the [Hunter Biden laptop scandal]…was a bunch of garbage and that it was a Russian plant. Does he stand by that assessment?” a reporter asked. Psaki dodged and replied, “[Hunter] doesn’t work for the government.” A reporter for the Daily Mail also asked Hunter Biden’s laptop and Psaki deferred the reporter to the Justice Department. Psaki refuses to apologize for her comments about Hunter Biden’s laptop.
