On 3/22/2022, President Biden’s Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson refused to define the word “woman” on the second day of her confirmation hearings before the U.S. Senate’s Judiciary Committee. “Can you provide a definition for the word ‘woman?’” senator Blackburn asked.
“Can I provide a definition? No,” Jackson responded. “I can’t.” “You can’t?” Blackburn asked. “Not in this context, I’m not a biologist,” the judge replied.
“Do you agree with Justice Ginsburg that there are physical differences between men and women that are enduring?” the senator asked. “Um, senator, respectfully I am not familiar with that particular quote or case, so it’s hard for me to comment,” the judge responded.
“Do you interpret Justice Ginsburg’s meaning of men and women as male and female?” Blackburn pressed. Jackson did not comment on the matter.
Prof Turley: Jackson “evasive” on judicial philosophy, not like Justice Barrett who was the most open.

Investigator Peter Schweitzer declares “Hunter’s legal team cooperation indicate the president’s son is about to be indicted.” “I think this New York Times piece, the fact that they got cooperation from Team Biden and probably from the Crackhead Hunter Biden legal team, is an indication that they are extremely concerned he’s going to be indicted… it’s very clear that when it comes to the issues related to the tax evasion and money laundering and the other issues wrapped up with it, they are extremely concerned Hunter Biden’s going to be indicted – and I think this article is an effort to frame the conversation in a way that could be the most favorable to them.”
