“You Know Who I Am?” Entitled Democrat NJ Councilman Curses & called police chief to the scene

Paulsboro Councilman Theodore D. Holloway II (D) was caught on police body cameras during a traffic stop earlier this month, spewing profanities and attempting to use his political position to evade a simple traffic citation in Gloucester County, New Jersey.

On January 4th, just after 10 a.m., Councilman Holloway was pulled over for allegedly failing to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Penn Line Road and West Adams Street.

The body camera footage obtained by NJ.com, reveals a tense exchange between Holloway and the officers. “Jesus Christ what do you need? Don’t think I’m not going to talk to Gary about this,” Holloway is heard saying in the footage, referring to Paulsboro Police Chief Gary Kille.

His tone then escalates, “You know me. You act like I’m running around here mother *** with my gun or me smoking. I’m the one that hired you. Are you crazy?”

The councilman’s tirade didn’t stop there. As he rummaged through his glove compartment for his registration and proof of insurance, he continued to assert his position, exclaiming, “You actually pulling over an elected official. You’re not pulling over a random. You’re not pulling over your boss. I am literally your boss.”

The entitled councilman continued to curse at the officers and even called the police chief, Gary Kille, to the scene.

Upon the chief’s arrival, rather than defusing the situation, Holloway argues that he shouldn’t have been stopped at all, suggesting that his status should afford him a pass on minor traffic violations.
