He also elaborated more on what he wanted to see from a potential voter ID law.

Right now, you don’t have Voter Identification; you want to have proof of citizenship, and ideally, you want one-day voting.” “And I want the water to be released,” he continued. “And they’ll get a lot of help from the U.S.”
