The 2024 Election campaign trail continues to go through Pennsylvania as Republican Vice Presidential nominee, JD Vance, spoke at a town hall spotlighting Moms for America in Montgomery County. He told the 200-plus people who gathered at Union League Liberty Hill in Lafayette Hill that a vote for him and Republican presidential nominee former President Donald Trump would be a vote for better grocery prices, better schools and better public safety. And he asked them to spread the word. Topics covered during Vance’s approximately 40-minute portion of the event addressed several topics including education, immigration and the economy.

As he finished the town hall, Vance acknowledged that polls have persistently shown female voters preferring Democrats. He urged the attendees in the crowd at the Union League Liberty Hill, as well as those watching online to speak to their friends and neighbors who were uncomfortable voting for Trump. “Moms are the best ambassadors to say, ‘Look, don’t believe the lies that you’ve heard about these guys, vote for what’s in your best interest,’” he said.
